Not Solvable I don't believe this problem is solvable. I live in New Zealand and HP only sells pre configured laptops co,paq this country unlike in the US where you can configure them based on your needs and buy them off their website. The screens are generally flawless in regards to dead pixels and if you order a predario model, chances are relatively good that they will ship you a product that has passed presrio type of inspection.
